Bernardo joined Rodríguez & Cavelier in 2001.

He is head of corporate law practice area.

He has extensive experience in transactional and contractual matters as well as in foreign investment, infrastructure, mergers and acquisitions and project finance.

He advises companies in a wide range of their operations, having acted as lead counsel in diverse transactions and corporate reorganizations in the energy sector, as well as in the aeronautical and mining industries, amongst others.

Bernardo holds an LL.M. in international legal practice from Instituto de Empresa, Madrid, Spain, as well as a specialization in commercial law and a law degree from Universidad de los Andes.
