David joined Rodriguez & Cavelier in the 2008.

He is a team member of the finance, aircraft finance and aviation law practice areas.

A lawyer with specialization in finance law from Universidad de Los Andes, he participates in complex structured finance deals, finance and operating aircraft lease transactions, as well as in legal counsel to foreign airlines in all legal matters pertaining to their operation in Colombia.

Before joining the Firm he previously worked as corporate lawyer in Daniel Sarmiento e Hijos S.C.A. Abogados and KEMTEK Ltda.

David, in addition to being a lawyer has also a political science degree from Universidad de los Andes.
