Isabella joined Rodríguez & Cavelier in 2007.

She is head of the labor law and social security practice area an currently considered one of the most expert company labor lawyers in Colombia.

Prior to joining the Firm, Isabella worked as a specialist in labor relationships for Panamco Colombia S.A. now Coca Cola Femsa and as an attorney in the labor department at Baker & Mckenzie.

She has been a lecturer at the Universidad Javeriana in the labor law specialization course, as well as frequently an invited speaker in labor law related events.
