Founding partner of Rodriguez & Cavelier, Margarita is a renowned lawyer in tax law holding an extensive practice in this area, advising domestic and foreign clients in their day to day activities, as well as in complex transactions.

She is a specialist in taxation law, and studied in several foreign institutions such as the Academy of American and International Law, among others.

Margarita is an active member of the Colombian Institute of Tax Law (ICDT), and the Alumni Association of the Academy of American and International Law. She obtained her law degree from Universidad de los Andes.
